Everything you need to connect TikTok, upload creatives and manage your Wikreel workspace.

Getting started

Wikreel is designed to get your team from signup to first publish in under 10 minutes.

  1. Create a free Wikreel account with your work email.
  2. From the dashboard, click Connect TikTok account.
  3. Authorise Wikreel on the TikTok consent screen — we ask only for user.info.basic and video.upload.
  4. Upload your first creative. Wikreel sends it to TikTok as a draft, ready for the creator to review.

Connecting TikTok accounts

Wikreel connects to TikTok through the official TikTok Login Kit. Each account you connect is scoped to the permissions you approve on the TikTok consent screen.

You can disconnect an account at any time from your dashboard settings. When you disconnect, we revoke the stored access token and remove any refresh token within 30 days.

Uploading creatives

Wikreel uses the TikTok Content Posting API's video.uploadscope, which publishes your creatives as drafts in the creator's TikTok inbox. The creator reviews the caption, cover and privacy setting, then publishes from their phone or desktop.

Accepted formats: .mp4 and .mov, up to 4 GB per file and 10 minutes in length, matching TikTok's limits.

Team & roles

On Pro and Agency plans you can invite team members with one of three roles:

  • Owner — full access, including billing.
  • Manager — can connect TikTok accounts and upload creatives.
  • Editor — can upload creatives to existing accounts but cannot manage connections or billing.

FAQ

Does Wikreel post directly to my TikTok feed?

No. Wikreel uploads creatives as drafts; the creator reviews and publishes them through the TikTok app or TikTok Studio.

Can I use Wikreel with personal TikTok accounts?

Yes, as long as you own or have explicit permission to manage the account. You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and API Terms of Service.

Where is my data stored?

On Vercel and Upstash infrastructure, with TLS in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive fields. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard settings. Cancelling stops future billing and deletes your data within 30 days.
