Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Doublewiklich Ltd (“Wikreel”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, and govern your access to and use of the Wikreel service available at wikreel.site (the “Service”).
By creating a Wikreel account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Wikreel is a creative-publishing platform that lets e-commerce brands and agencies upload video content to one or more TikTok accounts through the official TikTok Content Posting API. The Service may evolve over time and we may add, remove or change features.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the video creatives, captions and other content you submit to Wikreel (“Your Content”). You grant Wikreel a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service — in particular, to deliver Your Content to TikTok on your behalf.
You warrant that Your Content:
- does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity, etc.);
- complies with applicable law and with TikTok's Community Guidelines;
- is not misleading, defamatory or harmful.
4. Use of TikTok APIs
Wikreel acts as a client of the TikTok for Developers platform. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with the TikTok API Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that the TikTok accounts you connect are yours or that you have the owner's explicit authorisation to manage them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service to distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- attempt to circumvent TikTok's rate limits, moderation or security features;
- reverse engineer or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside a disclosed security programme;
- resell, sublicense or expose the Service to end users without our written consent;
- use the Service for spam or deceptive advertising.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices with at least 30 days notice for paid plans.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if TikTok revokes our access to their APIs, or if continuing to provide the Service would create legal or security risk.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wikreel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will always interoperate with TikTok.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wikreel's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
